Privacy Policy

Effective August 4, 2026 · applies to Pythoneer and Spriteer

Our apps are built to work without accounts. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information for advertising, and we do not embed advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs.

What we collect

The apps never ask for your name, email, or any personal details, and we run no user accounts. To fix bugs and understand which features are used, the apps send a small number of anonymous usage events (for example “a game was published”) tagged with a random per-install identifier and basic app/OS version info. This identifier is not linked to you or your Apple ID, is not used for tracking or advertising, and matches what we declare in the App Store privacy label.

The ✨ helper

When you ask the in-app helper to build or fix a game, the text you typed is sent to our server to generate game data, then discarded from the request path. Prompts are not used to build profiles about you.

iCloud & shared content

Saving and publishing worlds, blocks, and sprite packs uses Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit under your own Apple ID, handled per Apple’s Privacy Policy. We can’t see your Apple ID; we only process content you choose to publish so that sharing and remixing work.

Third-party services

Apps distributed through the App Store rely on Apple for delivery, payments, and Apple’s own aggregated analytics.

Children

Our apps are family-friendly and do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Community publishing is governed by the Community Terms, with automated pre-publish safety checks, reporting, and blocking.

Changes

We may update this policy as the apps evolve; material changes appear here with a new effective date.
